OUR MISSION: SERVING THE TRI-STATE AREA To improve the quality of life for all tri-state area cats and dogs and help decrease the number of cats suffering terrible fates due to the out of control cat population problem. By offering cat and dog owners a low cost option to get quality veterinary care, as well as a low cost option for cat owners to spay or neuter their pets and small dog owners to neuter their males, we hope to become part of the overpopulation solution. |
