OUR MISSION: SERVING THE TRI-STATE AREA To improve the quality of life for all tri-state area pets and help decrease the number of cats suffering terrible fates due to the out of control cat population problem. By offering cat and dog owners a low cost option to get quality veterinary care, as well as a low cost option for cat owners to spay or neuter their pets and small dog and rabbit owners to neuter their males, we hope to become part of the overpopulation solution. |
